When you travel, it’s hard to make time to exercise… I get it! Prioritizing your health, however, is so so so important in order to stay healthy and happy. So, during my trip to LA, we hiked Runyon Canyon Trail. And if you know me, you know that I absolutely loved this! Anything fitness related that’s outdoors is music to my ears… Not only was the hike so much fun, but it was also a great alternative to my usual workout I do back home. Mixing up your workouts is the best way to keep your muscles “on their toes” (for lack of a better term) and to not get tired of your typical workout routine.
