Stuffed bell peppers have always been one of my favorite dishes. One of the great things about this meal is you can get really creative with what you stuff the peppers with. This time, I used ground turkey with taco seasoning, rice, tomatoes, shredded cheese, and sauteed onions. I must say, it was a huge hit with the fam! And not to mention, this meal is HEALTHY. I’m already looking forward to the next time I make them. Enjoy!
