Happy Sunday! I’m so excited about this post because I’ve been on a yogurt and granola kick recently. I’ve always been a huge fan of granola, but as I became more health conscious over the years, I started to realize just how unhealthy it can be. Now I’m not sure about y’all, but much of the granola I grew up eating and loving was actually full of added sugars and too much fat. So you can imagine my excitement when I discovered Purely Elizabeth granola!
Purely Elizabeth is a line of all-natural and organic foods made with nutritious alternative grains and superfood seeds — free of sugar, dairy, wheat, and gluten. The various granola products are infused with nutrient rich ancient grains. Why is that important? I’ll give ya three reasons —
1. The grains are never modified from their original form.
2. The simpler genetic makeup makes them easier to digest.

I topped my low-fat vanilla yogurt with my favorite flavor granola, Chocolate Sea Salt, blueberries, raspberries, and a pinch of Acai powder. Voilà! My own healthy n’ homemade yogurt parfait.
